Return & Refund Policy – Tin Brother

At Tin Brother, we take great care in delivering quality products to your doorstep. However, if there’s ever an issue, we’re here to make it right.

Refund Will Be Credited to the Original Payment Method Within 7-15 Bussines days.

We have a 7 days Return Policy.

Replacement and  exchanges Will be provided within 7 days.


Return Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.


⚠️ Important Conditions

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof to claim a return.

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging intact.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues (please refer to size chart before ordering)

  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings

  • Used, washed, or damaged products (not due to our error)


🔁 Replacement Policy

  • If your return is approved, we will send a replacement of the same product.

  • If the item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or refund.


💸 Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after return approval.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account via UPI/NEFT.
